-shapes: assuming you were trying to make this in a more realistic style, you need to stay consistent with shapes; keep them smooth and w/e else it is that "fancy" artists call it <__>
-anatomy: if you want to draw a cheetah, the best advice is probably to take a look at some actual cheetah pictures, in this case facial closeups from all sorts of angles, and try to "mold" a general idea of what it should look like. it helps if you imagine the head made up of separate parts [eyes, ears, lower jaw, nose, etc].
actually, my main reason for the anatomy is the eye; i'm big on anatomy, so it just really bugs me xD
in illustration, eyes are made of the eyeball, the pupil, the iris, tear ducts, and eyelids with eyelashes - it could help if you made your eye look more like a collection of parts, rather than a single part; you could then mesh them together and add shading and THEN make it look better
my favorite part, though, is the whiskers; you seem to have a general idea of how those should work~

One Day I'm gonna become the greatest cartoonist in the world.
actually, from my own experience, knowing how to draw it in detail helps IMMENSELY when you want to draw it simple, because it makes it easier to decide with what details to throw out and which to keep
np, and you'll probably get it eventually; you just have to get over that one first stage
